No sense of self respect

My feelings came out again tonight

want to kiss somebody,

hold them tight.

I forgot how it is to be seen and loved,

when everything is alright.

My self respect is gone

my beloved dignity too,

tried to keep them safe

but I wanted to play a game for two

even if that meant losing myself,

guess what they said was true.

I barely found the starting line

Something from me is missing,

but I ran away from the sign.

I can't help but seek for love,

it's not something easy to solve.

feeling like I'm dead,

no help was sent.

I hope I was with you instead,

making every minute last an hour,

forgetting the world of the sour.

some relationships are long to last

keep searching till forever
